By using CREATV Galadsy you accept these terms.
The service
CREATV Galadsy generates images and videos with artificial intelligence from the references you upload, and lets you publish or advertise them on your own social media accounts. You decide what gets generated, what gets published and what gets advertised: every action with a cost or a public effect requires your confirmation.
Your content
The references you upload and the generated content are yours. You declare that you have the right to use the images, videos, brands and products you upload. Don't upload third-party content without authorization.
Meta accounts and other platforms
By connecting a Meta account you act on behalf of that account and are responsible for the ads and posts you order from the platform, including their budget. Comply with Meta's advertising policies.
Costs
AI generations have a cost that's shown before generating. Ads are paid directly to Meta from your ad account.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee advertising results or that an AI model will always produce the expected result. We're not responsible for ads rejected by Meta or for changes to third-party platforms.
