CREATV Galadsy (galadsy.com) is a platform for businesses to create content with artificial intelligence and publish or advertise it on their own social media accounts. This policy explains what data we process when you connect your Meta account (Facebook and Instagram) and how we protect it.

What data we receive from Meta
- Your name and your Facebook user identifier (to know who authorized the connection).
- The list of ad accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you manage, so you can choose which one to connect to the project.
- A system access token for the chosen ad accounts and Page.
- Data about your ads and their results (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, conversions) and, when you publish organic content, confirmation of the publication. We copy those metrics from the chosen accounts, with the names of your campaigns, ad sets and ads, to our server so we can show them to you without asking Meta every time.
What we use it for
- Creating and managing campaigns, ad sets and ads in your ad account, always at your request from the platform: no ad is created or activated unless you ask for it.
- Showing you your ads' results inside the platform.
- Publishing the content you approve to your Facebook Page and your Instagram.
We don't use your data for our own advertising, we don't sell it or share it with third parties, and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence models.
Where and how it's stored
Tokens and the identifiers of your assets are stored encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and with restricted permissions on our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Nuremberg). Only the platform's process can read them; they're never shown on screen or logged.
How long
As long as the project has Meta connected. Clicking “Disconnect” on the platform immediately deletes the token, the identifiers and the metrics copied from the chosen accounts (spend, purchases, and the names of campaigns, ad sets and ads). You can also revoke access from Facebook: Settings › Business Integrations, or Settings › Apps and Websites.
Data deletion
For us to delete all the data associated with your Meta account, write to us at dacoloradog@gmail.com stating the project's name; we do it within a maximum of 7 days and confirm it by email.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at the same email address. We comply with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection and Meta's platform policies.
